1. All Gift Vouchers can be redeemed at Centurion Club, Hemel Hempstead Road, Hertfordshire HP3 8LA
2. All Gift Vouchers will be emailed or sent to the address on the order (postal or email depending on how the purchaser has chosen to receive the Gift Voucher).
3. All vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of sale. Vouchers not used within this time will be forfeited with no entitlement to refund or exchange.
4. To redeem Dining Gift Vouchers, a booking must be made in advance.
5. Reservations are subject to availability, at our discretion. Gift Vouchers may not be valid on selected dates such as Christmas, New Year, Bank Holiday weekends, Easter and Valentine’s Day. Purchase of a voucher is not a guarantee of reservation.
6. Monetary Gift Vouchers can be used as full or part payment on goods and services at Centurion Club. Purchases made with Gift Vouchers are not refundable in cash.
7. Vouchers are not transferable, refundable in cash or replaceable if lost, destroyed or stolen.
8. Gift Vouchers must be presented by the bearer on arrival at the Restaurant and a Gift Voucher number provided by the booker at the time of booking.
9. Gift Vouchers purchased for Dining experiences can be exchanged for the experience detailed on the voucher.
10. Items ordered in addition to the experience and the discretionary 12.5% service charges/gratuities are not included in the price of experience vouchers. Please note some dishes may have a supplement charge (marked on menu) which will need to be settled at the time the voucher is redeemed.
11. Dining Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged and must be used in one transaction. Monetary Vouchers are partially redeemable and must be used before the Gift Voucher expires.
12. Risk will pass to the customer upon delivery and title will pass upon receipt of payment in full. Where Gift Vouchers are dispatched by email, risk will pass to the customer when the email is sent and title will pass upon receipt of payment in full.
13. The company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
14. Competition prizes or promotional free gifts cannot be refunded.
16. The value of the Gift Voucher is correct on the day of purchase. Please note prices may increase after the day of purchase and this additional cost maybe passed on to the customer on the day that they redeem the voucher.

1. Prize draw is only open to UK residents, aged 21 years or over, excluding employees of Centurion Club, their families, agents, or anyone else professionally associated with this promotion.
2. To enter, entrants must submit their email address via the unique link included on the Golf Life video.
3. The prize is a ‘complimentary 4-ball’ which is available Monday – Thursday and is subject to availability.
4. The selection of a winner will be done so at random and they will be notified by email. In the event of the selected winner not being contactable, a new selection will be made an the original selection will be cancelled.
5. The prize must be booked by the prize winner and taken within a six month period of the notification date.
6. Winners are responsible for any travel expenses to and from Centurion Club and any payment over and above the prize as outlined without exception.
7. The winner is defined as the owner of the email address from which the winning entry was submitted.
8. One winner will be randomly selected by 28 February and contacted via email the week commencing 3 March.
9. Centurion Club accepts no responsibility for any messages that are lost, delayed or unable to send due to lack of internet connection, faulty hardware or for any other reason beyond Centurion Club’s control.
10. By accepting the prize, consent is automatically given to participate in reasonable unpaid publicity for and on behalf of Centurion Club if so requested.
11. The prize is not transferable, refundable, re-saleable or exchangeable. There is no cash alternative and cannot by redeemed in conjunction with any other offers.
12. Centurion Club reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of these terms and conditions.
13. In the event that any entrant is disqualified from the competition, Centurion Club at its sole discretion may decide whether a replacement should be selected. In this event, any further entrant will be selected on the same criteria as the original entrant and will be subject to these terms and conditions.
14. In the event that the prize remains unclaimed for 14 days or more, Centurion Club reserves the right to withdraw the prize and offer no substitute.
15. Result of the prize draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
16. Centurion Club reserves the right to suspend or terminate this promotion, in the event of circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
17. By entering, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and to be bound by these terms and conditions.

19. Centurion Club reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any point during the promotion if circumstances outside its control make this unavoidable. Any amendments will be explained at the top of these terms and conditions.
